Wonderful service, amazing muffins. This place is worth your visit. You can taste the freshness in everything they make. Not to mention the staff is always friendly.

Great muffins and TONS of flavors. Egg sandwich on a croissant is a game changer. Iced coffee was tasty too!

This muffin / bagel shop is very good. Service is very fast in the morning. I often grab dozen muffins for morning meetings. Small place set up for takeout only. They serve good coffee as well. Plenty of parking at this plaza.

Having stopped in numerous times and thoroughly enjoyed a wide variety of muffins that consistently resonated with freshness and flavor, it pains me to make a single negative comment. On my most recent visit I veered to the left by choosing a pair of scones when I should have steered straight ahead to the muffin muffin display. My mistake was in ordering a pair, one being raspberry and the other of the blueberry variety. Each was large and fresh, but the texture and flavor were not scone-like so I won't be re-ordering either in the future. Next time, as in the past, I will order muffins numbering 2.

This is a hidden gem in the area, one of my favorites. The muffins are fresh and moist, way better than other places. I've tried blueberry, double chocolate chip, and sour cream coffee cake and all were excellent. We've also tried their breakfast sandwiches and they were good. The store is small inside so be prepared to wait outside if it's busy, especially on the weekend. Service is quick since the muffins are already made, and it didn't take long for breakfast sandwiches either.

This is such a hidden gem for anyone that lives right in that middle area between Cheshire / southington / meriden. The gals at the front counter are super sweet, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious we go for the bacon egg and cheese croissants, and add a hash brown. I promise it will be the crispiest hash brown you've ever had!! cant wait to go back and try some other stuff, I can tell they put a lot of love in their food.

New England Muffin Factory is a very very small shop tuck back in a small shopping center. They have a huge variety of different muffins. They also have homemade bagels, scones, brownies, turnovers, cookies, coffee, and sandwich's. I purchase four muffins. They were light, with a nice crunchy muffin top. Absolutely delicious. If you like muffins this is the place to go. Actually all the bakery items looked very good. Next time I will include some bagels with my order. Here is what I didn't like. It was a Sat. morning, and about six people were waiting for sandwich orders leaving very little room in this small shop. The labeling was confusing with many labels missing. I will be back but, it will be on a weekday when it is less crowded, and I don't feel rushed.

Always on the lookout for new to us bakeries, my 10 y.o. and I visited New England Muffin Factory over the Summer. It's located in a small plaza. The inside is small and it's definitely a takeout spot. Service was friendly and the self-sustaining medium-sized line throughout our visit was evidence of their popularity. NE Muffin Factory had a wide selection of muffin options. When we were there, choices included the usual players, plus things like Four Berry, Chocolate Cheesecake, Pistachio, M&M and Sour Cream Coffeecake. Everything I sampled was fresh and good. A surprise to me, NE Muffin Factory had more than just muffins. You could get a breakfast sandwich like my SEC croissant. It was way better than you would expect out of a Muffin Expert. They also had bagels. Based in part on the unparalleled wide selection of muffins in the area and the unexpectedly great SEC croissant, I rate New England Muffin 4.5 Stars and round up to 5. I'm aware of a couple of places near me that have muffins I like better, but they don't have this many options.
